INVITATION TO TENDER Building 3 manuals ( administrative financial / QMS ) for 3 newly registered cooperatives
Ref # 23-2021 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) within the project " Youth Cooperative Development , Gender Equality and Institutional Co operative Advocacy Reform " which is funded by We Effect , announces a bid to build 3 manuals ( administrative financial / QMS ) for 3 newly registered cooperatives . Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tenders should re ceive the tenders documents form from one of UAWC's offices in Ramal lah , Nablus & Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Wednesday , 3/11/2021 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Wednesday , 10/11/2021 . The bids shall be returned ( using the double envelope system ) to UAWC's office in Ramallah ( Al Yarmouk Building ) , no later than Thursday ,
11/11/2021 , at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Thursday , 11/11/2021 at 2:00 pm in UAWC's Ramallah Office - public session . Notes : 1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the regestira
tion certificate . | 3. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the
lowest prices . 4. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check
equals to 5 % of the offered bid , this guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders ; personal cheques
