FIRMS SELECTION )
Palestine Wastewater Management Sustainability ( WMS ) Project ( P172578 ) Grant No .: TF - B2735 Assignment Title : Consultancy Service for Assessing the CMWU Warehouse Management and Procedures Reference No. ( as per Procurement Plan ) : GZ - PWA - 207134 - CS - CQS
The Palestinian Water Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Wastewater Management Sustainability ( WMS ) Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services . The consulting services for Assessing the CMWU Warehouse Management and Procedures include develop an assessment report concerning the CMWU warehouse management and procedures with recommendations on reforms that needs to be considered to further improve its management arrangement , estimated level of effort Two ( 2 ) staff months and implementation period is Six ( 6 ) Weeks , expected start date of assignment 20th December 2021. The Palestinian Water Authority now invites eligible consulting firms ( " Consultants " ) to indicate their interest in providing the Services . Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services . The shortlisting criteria are : The Consulting firm should have experience in implementing at least 3 assignments during the last 5 years that have been successfully and substantially completed , involving the development of similar assessments to existing warehouse and inventory systems . The Qualifications and Experience of Key Experts shall not be included in the short - listing criteria ) . Key Experts will not be evaluated at the short - listing stage .
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III , paragraphs , 3.14 , 3.16 , and 3.17 of the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 revised 2017 .
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications , but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and / or a sub - consultancy . In the case of a joint venture , all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract , if selected ,
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations . Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours 8:00 AM to 15:00 PM .
