Procurement of Green - Plate Car The " Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH ” is a federal agency that supports the German gov ernment in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development , based on the agreement signed between the Palestinian Authority and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany . The Civil Society Programme aims to strengthen Civil Society Organizations to fulfil their man date with a special focus on advocating for the rights of marginal ized groups within the Palestinian society , e.g. people with dis abilities , youth and women . The Programme aims to improve the implementation of the Leave No One Behind ( LNOB ) principle of the Agenda 2030 on the level of partner organizations and the Ger man Development Cooperation in Palestine as a whole . CSP / GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply a Green- Plate , small closed commercial vehicle to its office in Ramallah . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the required items .
