Palestine Health System Resiliency Strengthen Project ( HSRSP ) Grant No .: TF018986 Supply of Drugs Reference No .: MOH - WB / G33 1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the
Palestinian Authority has received financing from the International Development Association toward the cost of the Health System Resiliency Strengthening Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of
Drugs . 2 . The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the Supply of Drugs . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding
procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines : Procurement of Goods , Works and Non - Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 ( revised July 2014 ) ( " Procurement Guidelines " ) , and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines . In addition , please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World

attend at the address below on 11:00 am , November 29 , 2021 . 7 . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3 % of the bid
price . The bid security shall be valid for twenty - eight ( 28 ) days beyond the original validity period of the bid , or beyond any period
