Annual Outcome Survey Individual Consultant

The Government of Palestine has received a financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development ( IFAD ) and from OFID towards the cost of Resilient Land & Resource Management Project ( RELAP ) , The Ministry of Agriculture is looking for recruiting an individual consultant to imple ment the Annual Outcome Survey . Objective of the assignment : Supporting the project evaluation actions with an expert consultant in the field of statistics who have the relevant experience in the field of survey and data validation and analysis . Scope of Work : Under the full supervision of the project M & E Officer , the statistician will be responsible for the following duties :
1 . Validation of Survey against the targeted indicators . 2 . Sampling design including the sample category , size , locations ,
gender distribution , etc. 3 . Revising existing frame and completing the missing data . 4 . Deliver training for the data collectors . 5 . Guiding the overall data collection process in coordination with
the M & E team leader , including field visits to supervise the
pilot data collection process . 6 . Analyzing the data including data cleaning , validation and
analysis . 7 . Contributing to , and revising the prepared Annual Outcome
Evaluation Report and Resilience Baseline Evaluation . Timeframe and level of effort : the assignment will be delivered within one month , with an estimation of up to 15 days . Type of Contract : lumpsum contract based on specific deliverables . General Qualification and Evaluation Criteria :
1 . At least holding a Master degree in statistics . 2 . At least 5 years of experience in the assignment scope of work .
