Invitation for Bids ( IFB ) Contract Identification No : MOE / KFW - TVET / 2021 / 138 Supply of : Purchase and Supply " Specialized Electrical Equipment to " Deir al - Balah College The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) has received a grant of € 10M from the Fed eral Republic of Germany through KfW for modernizing Technical and Voca tional Education The MOE intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments un der the contract for Purchase and Supply " Specialized Electrical Equipment " to " Deir al - Balah College Under bid No. MOE / KFW - TVET / 2021 / 138 The grants from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW shall be exclusively applied to the financing of expenditures , with Zero Value Added Tax , i.e. ( Zero VAT ) and imported goods are exempted from Custom import duties . 1. The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) for the benefit of the Deir Al - Balah College
at ( MOE ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Purchase and Supply " Specialized Electrical Equipment ” to “ Deir al - Balah College “ for the
institutions listed and included within this tender document . 2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by in
terested bidders for payment of a non refundable fee of " € 100 » per copy to be paid by only a bank transfer exclusively from the bidder's account no later than ( 06/12/2021 ) ( No Cash deposit will be accepted ) to the fol lowing account and should be deposited ( RECEIVED ) at the account Spe cial account of the MOE -Bidding Fees no . ( 143747 ) at Quds Bank IBAN PS44ALDN040201437470430010002 , The bidder is responsible for the ef fective crediting of the fee in the project account at Quds Bank . The tender Documents can be obtained from the Ministry of Education , Pro curement Department , Main Building- Second Floor , Room No 223 after 4 days from transfer . , Only the bids for whom bank transfers received and successfully deposited at the above account will be accepted and considered in the bid evaluation process upon the list provided by Quds Bank . Inter ested eligible bidders may obtain further information only in writing from the
Procurement Department at Ministry of Education . 3. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before ( 10:00 am ) of ( Mon
day . 16/12/2021 ) , Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' rep resentatives who choose to attend at the address stated in the MOE at ( 10:00
am ) of the date above . 4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ( 1300 Euro ) valid for ( 11
/ 06 / 2022 ) for the benefit of Ministry of Education Late bids will be rejected . 5. The bidders should indicate the name and the bid number in the transfer . The
bidder should enclose the transfer receipt within the submitted bid . 6. Wages publishing and advertising on who wins the tender and only once 7. Suppliers must commitment to the sponsorship form attached to the tender and
any supplier who does not comply with the attached form shall be excluded A- ( 1 ) 11/20
