The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - Interna tional Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execu tion and supervision of the implementation of the project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Spanish Park - Phase 1 in Jericho . Contract No. MDPIII - CII - 0921079-01 for
the benefit of Jericho Municipality . 2. Jericho Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying
out Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Spanish Park - Phase 1 in Jericho . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Pro
curement Regulations . 4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Jericho Municipality , and
inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM from
24/11/2021 to 20/12/2021 . 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on
the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 200Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check . The Bidding
Documents will be available at Jericho Municipality . 7. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT . 8. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will
be held on Saturday 11 / 12 / 2021 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Jericho Municipality , Head of Projects Department / after finishing site visit . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid
security of 15.000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 22/12/2021 Wensday .
Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at
