PU0462021 Pre - qualification Announcement for the Supply of Cement Paper Sacks Sanad Trading and Marketing is considered one of the largest distributors of cement in Palestine , as it meets approximately 65 % of the Palestinian market demand , this has been reached by it's ability to import and supply large quantities of cement at very competitive prices from several sources , the company has a wide distribution network and a large - scale base in the West Bank and Gaza Strip . The purpose of this Pre - qualification stage is to shortlist paper sack suppliers / manufacturers , who will be eligible for possible subsequent invitation to bid for the supply of paper sacks . Interested applicants can address their interest of participation by writing to the email qualification@sanad.ps by maximum December 7 , 2021 titled with subject of ( PU0462021 - Interest in Participation ) indicating participant single point of contact by providing information of Company name , mobile number , contact person name ) , expression of interest received after this date will not be considered .
