INVITATION TO BID Wastewater Reuse Project Nablus- PALESTINE Nablus Municipality ( NM ) intends to implement a treated wastewater reuse irrigation scheme in an area 2,600 donum close to the existing of Nablus West WWTP ( NW / WWTP ) . Nablus Municipality in cooperation with the Kreditanstaltfür Wiederaufbau ( KfW ) would like to invite the eligible qualified contractors to tender the following bid :
Lot 2 - Construction of Distribution System
NCB No. L2 33 / 01 / 63 / 2021 / BMZ No. 2016 67 823 Lot 2 comprises mainly of the construction of approx . 11 km of HDPE 110 - 355mm incl . all necessary pipe appurtenances . The Tender is open to all Biddersin the field of Water and Sewerage ( Class 1 ) registered with Palestinian Contractors Union and the National Classification Committee of Contractors The minimumfinancial turn - over of the past 5 ( Five ) years must be equal or exceed EUR 3.0million . Tender Documents can be collected from the Contracting Department , Nablus Municipality , starting from 04December 2021 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 1500 NIS . The pre - bid meeting will take place on 20 December 2021 at 11:00 am in Nablus Wastewater Treatment Plant followed by a site visit . Bids shall be submitted to the Contracting Department , Nablus Municipality on 19 January 2022 before 12:00 a.m. Each Bid shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of 50,000EUR ( fifty thousandEuro ) valid for 180+ 42 days after the deadline for the submission , and to be delivered to the address below :
