تعلن بلدية بيت ليد وبالتعاون مع وزارة الحكم المحلي عن طرح عطاء توريد وتركيب مضخة مياه للبئر الجوفي في بيت ليد وذلك بتمويل من وزارة الحكم المحلي وفقا للمخططات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات والشروط المرفقة العامة والخاصة بالمشروع فعلى الراغبين في التقدم لهذا العطاء مراعاة الشروط التالية : 1 - يجب على المقاول ان يكون مسجلا لدى اتحاد المقاولين ومصنفا لدى الجنة التصنيف الوطنية في مجال المياه بحيث لا يقل عن درجة تصنيف رابعة وفي مجال الكهروميكانيك بحيث لا يقل عن درجة تصنيف ثالثة . 2- يجب على المقاول ان يكون مسجلا » رسميا في دوائر الضريبة 3- يجب على المقاول تقديم كفالة دخول المناقصة بقيمة ثمانية عشر آلاف شيكل 18.000 شيكل وذلك بكفالة بنكية سارية المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح العطاء . 4 - الأسعار بالشيكل لجميع الضرائب وعلى المقاول دفع جميع انواع الضرائب . 5- كل مقاول يرغب في التقدم لهذا العطاء يستطيع الحصول على نسخة من العطاء من مقر بلدية بيت ليد مقابل مبلغ غير مسترد وقدره 500 شيكل . 6- آخر موعد لتسليم العطاءات الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا 12:00 من يوم الخميس الموافق 30/12/2021 م في مقر بلدية بيت ليد مع العلم انه لن يقبل اي عطاءات بعد هذا الموعد 7- الاجتماع التمهيدي وزيارة الموقع يوم الاثنين الموافق 15/12/2021 م الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا 11:00 8 - فتح المظاريف يوم الخميس الموافق 30/12/2021 م الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا 12:00 في مقر بلدية بيت ليد . 9- رسوم الاعلان في الصحف على من يرسو عليه العطاء . 10 - لمزيد من المعلومات يرجى مراجعة بلدية بيت ليد وذلك خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي
