Request for quotation Procurement of tools & equipment for development of alu minium craft for The Qalqilya Vocational Training Centre . GIZ " Demand - Oriented Vocational Education and Training ( DoTVET ) Programme " The Technical Cooperation project " Strengthening a Demand - Oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training ( DoTVET ) " in the Pal estinian Territories is one module in the German development programme " Sustainable economic development , employment promotion and educa tion " . DoTVET is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Eco nomic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) and co - financed by the Nor wegian Agency for Development Cooperation ( NORAD ) . The duration of the project is from February 2021 until January 2024 . The project aims at aligning vocational education and training more closely with the needs of the private sector and making it easier for young people to enter the labour market . In cooperation with educational institutions , the pri vate sector and ministries , DoTVET continues to develop demand - oriented vocational education and training based on the needs of both companies and apprentices . It improves the employability of young people by working in three areas of activity : expanding cooperation with the private sector , direct ing education policy and expanding career advice and vocational guidance . GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply Pro curement of tools & equipment for development of aluminium craft for The Qalqilya Vocational Training Centre . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the pro vision of the needed items . Interested companies may download the inquiry documents starting 5.12.2021 through 23.12.2021 from our tendering website http : https://tender.gizpal.ps Quotations should be sent to the e - mail PS_Quotation@giz.de no later than 26.12.2021 before 15:00 .
