The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received financing from The World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated Cities and Urban Development Project ( ICUD ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Targeted Urban Areas in " West Bank " . 2 .
The MDLF now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to the supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Targeted Urban Areas in " West Bank " The bid is comprised of four ( 4 ) lots : Lot No. 1 : Supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Ramallah Al - Bireh Urban Area Lot No. 2 : Supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Bethlehem Urban Area Lot No. 3 : Supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Hebron Urban Area Lot No. 4 : Supply and Install of Solar Photovoltaic Systems for Nablus Urban Area

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 .
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MDLF / Procurement department , Tel .: 02-2426610 , Fax : 02-2426617 , e - mail : nkhawaldeh@mdlf.org.ps , bidders can inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM from 06/12/2021 to 06/01/2022 . 5 .
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 USD . The method of payment will be direct deposit to account number 174434 TNB / Masyoun branch . 6 . The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at MDLF premises in Ramallah . 7. For detailed list of BOQ please visit the advertisements at MDLF website at www.mdlf.org.ps. 8 . Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT . 9 .
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of : 1,200 USD for Lot No. 1 1,500 USD for Lot No. 2 1,500 USD for Lot No. 3 2,500 USD for Lot No. 4 The Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date . 10 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 06/01/2022 . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon on 06/01/2022 . 11.
