: آخر موعد لتقديم العروض الأربعاء 2021/12/15 ترغب مؤسسة أجنبية في استئجار مبنى مكاتب كامل من المالك مباشرة ولفترة طويلة ، على أن يقع المبني في منطقة شرقي القدس : بيت حنينا أو شعفاط أو الشيخ جراح الشروط والمواصفات
تتراوح المساحة الاجمالية للمبنى 2000- 4000 متر مربع وجود مواقف خاصة بالمبنى يتسع لعدد ( 50 ) سيارة على الأقل أن يكون المبنى قد وصلت اليه كافة الخدمات الكهرباء ، الانترنت ، الهاتف ، المياه ... الخ ) أن يكون المبنى مهيأ بالبنية التحتية الأساسية لأعمال التكييف
6. على أن يكون المبنى مرخص أو قيد الترخيص على أن يكون المبنى مشطب أو في طور التشطيب 7. على أن يكون المبنى مصمم تصميم مؤسسات ويصلح أن يكون المكاتب وأن يكون بمساحات مفتوحة ليتم
تقسيمه حسب حاجات المؤسسة فعلى من لديه مبنى وتتوفر فيه الشروط والمواصفات أعلاه ويرغب في تأجيره أن يتقدم بعرضه مع وجوب ارفاق المعلومات التالية

Building needed for Rent Deadline for submitting offers : Wednesday 15/12/2021 An international organization is looking for an open space building to rent for a long period , Location : East Jerusalem preferably in Beit Hanina or Shu'fat or Sheikh Jarrah Required Specifications : 1- Total Office space between 2000-4000 m2
2- Parking for at least 50 vehicles 3- The Building must have access to all utilities ( Water , Electricity , Internet Connectivity , Landline .... etc ) 4- Building should be equipped with basic infrastructure for air conditioning works 5 - The building can be Finished or unfinished
