INVITATION TO TENDER Supply and installation of an agricultural tunnel
( 1000 m² ) in Tubas - Ref # 29-2021 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) within the project “ Youth Cooperative Development , Gender Equality and Institutional Cooperative Advocacy Reform " which is funded by We Effect , announces a bid to supply and install an agricultural tunnel ( 1000 m² ) in Tubas . Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tender should receive the tenders documents form from one of UAWC's offices in Ramallah , Nablus & Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Wednesday 15/12/2021 Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Tuesday , 21/12/2021 . The bids shall be returned to UAWC's office in Ramallah , no later than Wednesday 22/12/2021 , at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Wednesday 22/12/2021 at 1:00 pm in UAWC's Ramallah Office - public session . Notes : 1 . The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2 . Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source &
the regestiration certificates . 3 . The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained
to accept the lowest prices . 4 . The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or
bank check equals to 5 % of the offered bid , this guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders ; personal cheques will not be
