ter called " Client " ) has received financing ( hereinafter called “ the funds ” ) toward the cost of A more environmentally friendly and sus tainable YWCA Jerusalem Premises Project within the framework of the project “ Action for East Jerusalem's Identity and Resilience ( AJIR ) " financed by the Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) and implemented by the NGO Development Center ( NDC ) . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for “ Architectural finishing and
electrical works . " 2. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem now invites
sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion
of “ Architectural finishing and electrical works . " 3. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the office of “ Accounting department , YWCA of Jeru
salem , 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah . " 4. Bidders shall provide list of similar works , and experienced teams ,
and reference . 5. Bidders can bid on either the architectural finishing works , or the
electrical works , or on both . 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interest
ed Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of “ ILS 500 " , at the following
date , 20/12/2021 between 9:00 and 15:00 pm 7. Site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 21/12/2021 at 9:30 am . 8. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 pm on
3rd Jan. 2022 9. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who
choose to attend at 2:30 pm , on 3rd Jan 2022 at the YWCA hall .
