( One - Envelope Bidding Process ) Country : West Bank & Gaza Name of Project : Advancing Sustainability in Performance , Infrastructure , and Reliability of the Energy Sector in the West Bank and Gaza ( P170928 ) Contract Title : Supply of MV cables Grant No .: TF - B3015 RFB Reference No .: GZ - PENRA - 251671 - GO - RFB 1- The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Advancing Sustainability in Performance , Infrastructure , and Reliability of the Energy Sector in the West Bank and Gaza ( P170928 ) ( ASPIRE ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of MV cables ( GZ - PENRA - 251671 - GORFB ) as following : LOT1 : Medium Voltage Under - ground Cables and Accessories LOT2 : Overhead Line Equipment LOT3 : Steel Materials 2 - The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of MV cables ( GZ - PENRA - 251671 - GO - RFB ) as following : LOT1 : Medium Voltage Under - ground Cables and Accessories LOT2 : Overhead Line Equipment LOT3 : Steel Materials The bidders shall quote prices for all lots . 3- Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's « Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers » July 2016 , revised in November 2020 ( « Procurement Regulations » ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) , procurement Officer , Email : procurement@menr.org and inspect the bidding document during office hours { hours 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. local time at the address given below . 5- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USD .
