For Contracting " Technical Consultant " Engineering and Supervision Company As part of the project “ Building resilience and ensuring protective hygiene in WASH and DRR systems at schools ' level in Area " C " - West Bank , Funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) , the Palestinian Hydrology Group in cooperation with World Vision , announces the tender for technical engineering services , including : Design work and follow - up on the implementation of water and sanitation interventions in 52 schools located in several governorates in the West Bank areas , including rehabilitation work for health units , drinking water , rehabilitation reservoirs , squares and public facilities in schools . Accordingly , the Palestinian Hydrology Group invites qualified engineering offices to participate in this tender . Engineering offices wishing to participate in this tender can receive a copy of the tender documents for a sum of 100 Shekel is not refunded for every tender copy starting on Thursday 23/12/2021 until Wednesday 12/01/2022 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the offices of the Palestinian Hydrology Group in Ramallah - Ameel Habibi Street Al Masyoun - Super Mark Bravo - 2nd floor and Nablus - Al - Najah University Street - Plaza Building- First floor . A meeting for the engineering offices will be held to respond to their inquiries on Monday 3/01/2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Palestinian Hydrology Group Ramallah Office . Tenders will be returned to the headquarter of the Palestinian Hydrology Group in Ramallah no later than 11:00 am on Thursday 13/01/2022 . After then no tender is considered anymore . The tenders will be opened on Thursday 13/01/2022 at 12:00 p.m. To apply for the tender , the following criteria must be taken into account :
The engineering office must be registered and classified in the Palestinian Engineers Association according to the union's classification of engineers / advisory offices and include the following disciplines ( architect , construction , mechanic , electrician , roads , water , sewers , project management , solar , renewable energy and environment ) . Preferably those with previous experience in project management . To be an official registrar with a tax file and able to obtain tax bills for engineering office . The project is ZERO VAT and the office must be able to issue Zero invoices . To be classified and registered in the Engineers Association for a period of at least two years as an engineering office . Advertising fees in the newspaper on who won the tender . Engineering offices wishing to participate in this tender must attach proof of their ability to implement The tender procurement committee is not restricted by accepting the lowest prices and without giving reasons , and the bid can be fragmented . Applicants must comply with the safety instructions in general , particularly with regard to the procedures related to COVID - 19 , when purchasing the tender copy or implementing the project . The applying company must attach with the offer a bank guarantee or a certified bank cheque of 10,000 NIS to the name of Palestinian Hydrology Group as an entrance tender guarantee valid for 60 days .
