Terms of Reference ( ToR ) for provision of technical
assistance , mentoring , and coaching services MA'AN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January 1989 and registered as a non profit organization . The main office is located in Ramallah with branch offices in Gaza , and Jenin . MA'AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent , self - reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development , which incorporate values of self - sufficiency and self - empowerment . The contractor is expected to deliver services in Technical Assistance and Active Support , Mentoring , and Coaching in ONE or MORE of the following topics to ONE or MORE female entrepreneurs : 1. On behalf of the entrepreneur , start an online business , setting up the page ,
product management , setting up bots , and all other details needed to operate a fully functional social media sales page , Design attractive promotional content , promotional campaigns , advertisement
posters , and short promotional videos , 3 . Designing attractive packaging material to be used by the female entrepreneurs , 4 . Designing labelling and branding material to be used by the female
entrepreneurs , 5 . Provide support / training / coaching in online marketing and sales , 6 . Provide support / training / coaching in product development . The delivery of the technical assistance , mentoring , and coaching is expected to take place virtually over Zoom platform , and / or in - person ( Face - to - Face ) sessions that might be arranged , jointly with all the groups or one - on - one with each individual at a time . This contract is a level of effort , task - based contract . MA'AN , the contractor , and the beneficiary entrepreneurs will agree on the level of effort needed per task . provision of technical assistance , mentoring , and coaching services based on the detailed scope of work in the ToR document . Detailed technical and financial specifications are included within the ToR document .
