Tender # ( 91159679 ) The Technical Cooperation project « Strengthening a Demand - Oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training ( DoTVET ) " in the Pal estinian Territories is one module in the German development programme " Sustainable economic development , employment promotion and edu cation » . DoTVET is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) and co - financed by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation ( NORAD ) . The dura tion of the project is from February 2021 until January 2024 . The project aims at aligning vocational education and training more closely with the needs of the private sector and making it easier for young people to enter the labour market . In cooperation with educational institu tions , the private sector and ministries , DOTVET continues to develop demand - oriented vocational education and training based on the needs of both companies and apprentices . It improves the employability of young people by working in three areas of activity : expanding cooperation with the private sector , directing education policy and expanding career advice and vocational guidance . GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply Automotive workshops training equipment and tools . Qualified suppli ers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the needed items .
