Invitation for Bids Date : 1-2-3 February . 2022 Project Name : A More Environmentally Friendly And Sustain able YWCA Jerusalem Premises NPC No : C - 2022-1 1. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem ( hereinafter
called " Client " ) has received financing ( hereinafter called “ the funds ” ) toward the cost of A more environmentally friendly and sustain able YWCA Jerusalem Premises Project within the framework of the project “ Action for East Jerusalem's Identity and Resilience ( AJIR ) ” financed by the Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) and im plemented by the NGO Development Center ( NDC ) . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments
under the contract for “ Architectural finishing and electrical works . " 2. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem now invites
sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion
of “ Architectural finishing and electrical works . " 3. Brief about the bid : a . LOT 1 : Architectural works include maintenance , security works ,
and insulation to the roof b . LOT 2 : Electrical works include supplying PV Solar panels 4. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the office of “ Accounting department , YWCA of Jeru
salem , 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah . " 5. Bidders shall provide list of similar works , and experienced teams ,
and reference . 6. Bidders can bid on either the architectural finishing works , or the elec
trical works , or on both . 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of “ ILS 500 " , at the following
dates , 4 / 2-5 / 2 and 6 / 2 / 2022 between 8:00 and 2:00 p.m. 8. Site visit will be conducted on Monday 7/2/2022 at 10:00 am . 9. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 pm on
16th Feb 2022 . 10. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who
choose to attend at 2:30 pm , on 16h Feb. 2022 at the YWCA hall .
