SA ( Safe Agriculture Products ) 3/2022 Established in 1992 , Secours Islamique France ( SIF ) is a relief and humani tarian Non - Governmental Organization ( NGO ) . Secours Islamique France helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries . Our field - based teams work in 3 specific fields :
13 - Rescue - Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people - Reinforce - Give populations the tools to be autonomous
Mobilize - Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns Secours Islamique France ( SIF ) in partnership with Al - Azhar University
Gaza ( AUG ) intends to award the Assignment of “ Organize and Manage Promotion Campaign for SA ( Safe Agriculture Products ) " within the project of “ Building Community Resilience for Improving Livelihoods , Food Se curity and Safe Agriculture Phase V " in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Secours Islamique France . Submission Conditions : • Separate technical and financial proposals must be provided .
Financial offer should be in USD . The tenderer must be registered with the Palestinian authorities . Tenders shall be valid for period of ( 90 ) days after the submission date and Price offers shall include all VATS . A certificate of withholding tax should be provided . The awarded tenderer shall pay the cost of this advertisement . SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offer . SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons
at any time . A clarification pre - bid meeting will be held on Sunday , February 20 , 2022 at 2:00 pm at address : 2nd Floor El Bakri Building - Charles de Gaulle St. Gaza City - Palestinian Territory . The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers as well as opening session will be on Sunday 27/02/2022 at 12:00 p.m .
