to Digitalize Village Saving and Loan Associations ( VSLA ) Groups Start Date : 02/03/2022 Pre - Bid Meeting Minutes : on 09/03/2022 at 11:00 AM Handing Tender Documents to ESDC : 15/03/2022 Tender opening : 16/03/2022 The Economic & Social Development center of Palestine ( ESDC ) is implementing project titled “ Strengthening of livelihood in Rural Area in the Palestinian Ter ritories ( LHP II ) in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH . Under the output “ Access of rural women to sav ing and loans mechanisms has improved ” . The intervention will target women in the northern West Bank namely the Governorates of Jenin , Qalqilya , and Tukaram . The Economic & Social Development Center of Palestine ( ESDC ) announces a sealed envelope tender number 1 / SLAR - GIZ / 2022 to developing and testing mo bile application ( Web - based application ) to digitalize village saving and loan association ( VSLA ) groups . For obtaining the terms of reference ( TOR ) document , the consultant / firm can come to ESDC offices ( Main office : Albireh / Ramallah Almasayef , Altalah Building , First Floor ) during the period from 02/03/2022 to 07/03/2022 3:00 PM except for week end days on Friday and Saturday . The financial and technical offers ( hard and soft copies ) must be submitted in closed separated envelops before Tuesday 15/03/2022 2:00 PM . Price offers should be returned in sealed envelopes entitled : Tender number 1 / SLAR - GIZ / 2022 , to ( developing and testing mobile application ( Web - based application ) to digital ize village saving and loan association ( VSLA ) groups Notes and General Conditions : 1. ESDC does not necessirily accept the lowest offers and has the right to cancel
the offer without justificaton ; 2. Those interested consultant / firm should proof their related experience and their
