INVITATION TO TENDER Well drilling and construction in Dura - Hebron ,
Ref # 2-2022 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) In partner ship with Syndicate for Management of Durance Valley ( SMAVD ) , and Les Mees , within the project “ Sustainable Development of the Water Resources in Hebron Governorate ” which is funded by The French Development Agency ( AFD ) , The Region of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur ( PACA ) and The Rhône Mediterranean Corsica Water agency ( AERMC ) . In partnership with : Ministry of Agriculture ( MOA ) , Palestinian Water Authority ( PWA ) and implemented by Experts - Solidaires and UAWC , announces a bid to drill and con struct a Well in Dura - Hebron . Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned tender should receive the tender's documents forms from one of UAWC's offices in Ramallah , Nablus , and Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Monday , 7/3/2022 ( Friday and Saturday are of ficial days off ) until Monday , 14/3/2022 . The bids shall be returned to UAWC's office - Ramallah , no later than Tuesday 15/3/2022 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Tuesday , 15/3/2022 at 1:00 pm in UAWC's Office in Ramallah . Notes : 1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the rege
stiration certificate . 3. The tender's currency is Euro and the winner should provide a
VAT exempted invoice . 4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept
the lowest prices . 5. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank
check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders ; personal cheques will not be accepted , otherwise the
