The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received
financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project ( ESPIP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Metering Systems for Connection Points ( GZ - PENRA - 278835 - GO - RFB ) as following : LOT1 : Energy billing meter
LOT2 : 22 & 33 KV metering cubicles 2. The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible
Bidders for Supply of Metering Systems for Connection Points as following : LOT1 : Energy billing meter
LOT2 : 22 & 33 KV metering cubicles 3. The bidders are allowed to quote separate prices for one or more lots 4. Bidding will be conducted International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB )
as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " published in July , 2016 revised in Nov.2017 , Aug.2018 and Nov.2020 “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all
eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural
Resources Authority ( PENRA ) , Procurement Officer , Email : procurement@menr.org and inspect the
bidding document during office hours 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. local time at the address given below . 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a
written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USD . The Bidding Documents will be sent by email or by hand national carrier . 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 pm . ( local time ) , 20th April , 2022 .
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the
address below on 12:00 pm . ( local time ) , 20th April , 2022 . 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a “ Bid Security " , " as with an amount as following :
LOT1 : 7,000 USD LOT2 : 28,000 USD
