RFP - AMQF - GM - 2022-01 ( Business Processes , Systems Analysis , and Digital Transformation )

The A. M. Qattan Foundation invites all interested firms and vendors that have the expertise and experience to perform the required tasks identified in the RFP to submit a full proposal as specified and in accordance with the terms & conditions and specifications detailed within the RFP document . The RFP can be downloaded using the below link . General Notes :
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope where the envelope shall include two separate and independently sealed envelopes as following :
Envelope 1 : Technical Proposal and Company Profile
Envelope 2 : Financial Proposal A.M Qattan Foundation has the right to extend , postpone or cancel the RFP

A.M Qattan Foundation is not obliged to accept the lowest price without specifying the reasons .

Prices should be offered in US Dollars including VAT .

Full proposals should be delivered by hand to 27 An - Nahda Women Association Street , Al - Tira- Ramallah , Palestine , no later than Thursday 31/03/2022 at 2:00 p.m.
