Audit Service for 2021 Financial Year for SIF Palestine Mission ( Gaza Strip Office & West Bank Office )
( SIF ) منظمة غير حكومية من أجل التضامن الدولي والإغاثة المستعجلة والتنمية والتي تعد منظمة إنسانية دولية تضم شبكة من الجمعيات غير الحكومية المستقلة في عدة دول حول العالم وتعمل ( SIF ) بحياد تام دونما تمييز على أساس العرق أو الجنس أو الدين . وتسعى إلى تخفيف معاناة الشعوب الأشد حرمانا في العالم وإلى خلق عالم يسود فيه الخير والتضامن ويتم تلبية الحاجات الأساسية للأشخاص المحتاجين .
SIF is a Non - Governmental Organization for international emergency solidarity and development . The association's meaning is rooted in the values of brotherhood , mutual aid , justice and solidarity towards the poorest populations . As such , SIF efforts are exclusively social and humanitarian . SIF’s aid goes toward all needy persons , regardless of their social , religious or cultural affiliations .
ترغب بعثة SIF في فلسطين التعاقد مع شركة تدقيق لتقديم خدمات تدقيق مالي لسنة 2021 حسب ما ذكر أعلاه . يمكن للشركات المرخصة والمؤهلة الحصول على رزمة العطاء من مكاتب SIF ابتداء من تاريخ : 2022/3/17 وحتى 2022/3/27 وذلك أيام الأحد الى الخميس وما بين الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر بإستثناء يومي الجمعة والسبت وأيام العطل الرسمية على العنوان التالي :
SIF Palestine Mission would like to contract an Audit Company to provide Audit Service for 2021 financial year as mentioned . Registered and eligible companies can collect the tender dossier from 162022 / 3 / to 272022 / 3 / from Sunday to Thursday ( Except Friday & Saturday and official holidays ) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from SIF offices – on the following addresses :

According to the following terms & conditions : Contractor has to be registered . has license and has a valid tax clearance to the date . SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender . SIF has the right to cancel the bid without stating the reasons .
أن تكون الشركة مسجلة في الدوائر الرسمية ومرخصة ولديها خلو طرف ضريبي ساري المفعول حتى تاريخه . SIF غير ملزمة باقل الأسعار ولها الحق في رفض أوقبول العطاء كاملا أو بأجزاء منه .
يحق ل SIF إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب .
الأسعار بالشيكل شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة
Prices are in ILS and inclusive of VAT TAX .
يتم تقديم شهادة خصم منبع
Contractor shall provide withholding tax certificate . Prices must be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of submitting the bid .
يجب أن تكون الأسعار سارية المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تقديم العطاء
رسوم الاعلان في الصحف على من يرسو عليه العطاء
Fees for this advertisement . has to be paid by the winner of the bid . Bids shall be submitted in the sealed and stamped envelope .
يجب تقديم العروض كاملة بالظرف المغلق مختومة .
آخر موعد لتسليم وفتح العطاء الساعة الثانية عشرظهرا من يوم الأحد 2022/3/27
Last date of bids submission and public opening is Sunday 27/3/2022 at 12:00 pm .
