TOR For Knowledge Management System The Environmental and Climate Justice Programme ( ECJP ) is a SIDA supported programme implemented by WeEffect in part nership with the Palestinian Agricultural Institutions Coalition ( PAIC ) . It is a coalition of six Palestinian environment , climate , and agricultural non - governmental organizations- Palestinian Ag riculture Relief Committee ( PARC ) , Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) , Palestinian Hydrology Group ( PHG ) , Land Research Centre ( LRC ) , MA’AN Development Centre , and the
Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) . The overarching goal of the programme is “ to contribute to im proving environmental and climate justice in Palestine ” . The pro
gramme objective is that “ By 2024 , civil society organisations and right- holders have the capability to address and challenge struc tural barriers to environmental and climate justice in Palestine " . Scope of Work : PAIC organizations would like to develop a Knowledge Manage ment System / Content Management System that would help man age knowledge and data currently available and newly created con tent , and then present it on PAIC's website based on a set of rules set by PAIC guidelines . 1 . The Consultant should be able to provide deduction at
source . 2 . The Consultant should be able to provide official VAT in
voices . 3. The Consultant should be able to provide deduction at source
and if the contractor unable to provide deduction at source certificate deducting 10 % for the amount paid to vat depart ment . ( this point for individual Consultant ) Notes and Conditions : The selected Consultant of this bid will be required to pay for the cost of this advertisement at
