Letter of Invitation for Consulting Services
Procuring Entity : Palestinian Employment Fund ( PEF ) Assignment name : Capacity assessment for targeted MSMEs
Assignment number : PEF / BMZ - GIZ / 2022 / 016 1. The PEF intends to apply part of the proceeds under Project Capacity
Enhancement for MSME's and Seed - Funding of Innovative Ideas in the Green Economy financed by BMZ - GIZ toward payment under the Contract Capacity assessment for targeted MSMEs PEP / BMZ GIZ / 2022 / 016 , ( hereinafter called " the Services " ) . More information on the Terms of Reference is included in the Request for Proposal ( RFP )
document . 2. The PEF now invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for
conducting a capacity assessment for four targeted MSMEs to figure out their needs in addition to assess the capacity gaps required for each business to develop , the assessment aims to address the management and leadership , human resources , financial management , business delivery , and public relations beside developing an intervention plan to build their capacities . The required qualifications of the successful
consultant are specified in the RFP document . 3. A Consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost in accordance
with the procedures described in the RFP , and the provisions of the
Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 its Implementing Regulations . 4. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the RFP through the Public
Procurement Portal , and obtain further information from PEF during office hours 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday at the address
given below . 5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 24/04/2022
12:00 PM . Electronic proposals will not be permitted . Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Proposal Submission .
