Letter of Invitation for Consulting Services
Procuring Entity : Palestinian Employment Fund ( PEF ) Assignment name : Engineering consultation office for supervision of the installation of the businesses
Assignment number : PEF / BMZ - GIZ / 2022 / 015 1. The PEF intends to apply part of the proceeds under Project Capacity
Enhancement for MSME's and Seed - Funding of Innovative Ideas in the Green Economy financed by BMZ - GIZ toward payment under the Contract Engineering consultation office for supervision of the installation of the businesses PEP / BMZ - GIZ / 20227015 , ( hereinafter called " the Services " ) . More information on the Terms of Reference is included in the Request
for Proposal ( RFP ) document . 2. The PEF now invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for working
closely and supervise the 4 targeted MSMEs work implementation on the technical level , also , prepare , review and confirm the bill of quantities BoQ and specifications , conduct the required tests and inspections , achieve the needed designs and plans for the businesses in the fields of infrastructure , water , climate change , construction , mechanical works , social and environment impact assessment . The required qualifications of
the successful consultant are specified in the RFP document . 3. A Consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost in accordance with
the procedures described in the RFP , and the provisions of the Public
Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 its Implementing Regulations . 4. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the RFP through the Public
Procurement Portal , and obtain further information from PEF during office hours 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday at the address given
below . 5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 24/04/2022
12:00 PM . Electronic proposals will not be permitted . Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Proposal Submission .
Late proposals will be rejected . 6. Newspaper ad fees are covered by the winning consultant . 7. The address referred to above is :
