Within the project of Management of Acute Malnutrition and Common Childhood Illness Affecting Palestin ian Children in the Gaza Strip - Funded By Med Global Ard El Insan Palestinian Benevolent Association announcement invitation bid to Supply medicines and vitamins . Participation in the tender by going to the headquarters of Ard El Insan Palestinian Benevolent Associa tion - the intersection of Sacod Al - Aas and Khalil Al - Wazir ( Al - Labibidi ) Streets during official working hours ( from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM ) .
ضمن مشروع معالجة سوء التغذية الحاد وأمراض الطفولة الشائعة التي تصيب الأطفال الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة - الممول من MedGlobal ، تعلن جمعية أرض الإنسان عن طرح عطاء توريد ادوية وفيتامينات . للمشاركة في العطاء التوجه إلى مقر جمعية أرض الإنسان في غزة - تقاطع شارعي خليل الوزير وسعيد العاص ( اللبابيدي ) وذلك خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي من الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى الساعة الواحدة ظهراء
يرجى مراعاة الشروط التالية : Important Notes الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي .Prices are in US dollars .1
2. Tender is available in AEI Office in Gaza from Sunday 32022 / 4 / until Tuesday 122022 / 4 /
from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM .
شراء کراس العطاء إعتبارا من يوم الأحد 2022/4/3 وحتى يوم الثلاثاء 2022/4/12 من الساعة التاسعة .3
صباحا وحتى الساعة الواحدة ظهرا آخر موعد لتسليم العطاء يوم الثلاثاء 2022/4/12 الساعة الواحدة ظهرا .5 سيتم فتح العطاءات يوم الثلاثاء 2022/4/12 في تمام الساعة الواحدة والنصف ظهرا .7
رسوم العطاء 200 شيكل غيرمستردة .9
4. Deadline for submission of tender on Tuesday 122022 / 4 / at 1:00 PM in AEI office in Gaza . 6. Bids will be opened on Tuesday 122022 / 4 / at 1:30 PM 8. Tender fees 200 NIS is non - refundable . 10. A bank guarantee / bank check
must be brought to enter the bid at a rate of 5 % of the value of the bid submitted .

12. The preliminary meeting to respond to suppliers ' inquiries will be held on
Sunday 10/4/2022 at 10:00 AM in the same place .
الإجتماع التمهيدي للرد على استفسارات الموردين سيعقد يوم الأحد 2022/4/10 الساعة العاشرة .13

جمعية أرض الإنسان غير ملزمة بقبول عرض الأسعار .17 رسوم الإعلان في الصحيفة لمدة يومين على من يرسو عليه العطاء .19
14.Performance Guarantee equal 10 % of bid Amount shall be provided by
winner supplier . 16. Ard El Insan Palestinian Benevolent Association is not obligated to the lowest prices . 18. The successful contractor will pay the declaration fees .
