Request for quotation Tender # ( 91161561 ) Procurement of Hybrid Yellow Plate Vehicles On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office , the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusam - menarbeit ( GIZ ) implements the “ Strengthening Youth for Stabilisation Programme Palestine ” . The programme has a total duration from 09/2019 to 10/2023 and focuses on strengthening per sonal skills and social participation of Palestinian children and youth to improve their living conditions . SYSP / GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply two yellow - plated cars to its office in Ramallah . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quota tions for the provision of the required items .
