Letter Of Invitation ( LOI ) Procuring Entity : Palestinian Energy And Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) Assignment name : Individual Legal Advisor / Lawyer to provide Legal Consultancy Services Assignment number : PEA - MOF / 03 / 2022 Dear Mr./Ms .: 1. The Palestinian Energy And Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) intends to
apply part of the proceeds under Individual Legal Advisor / Lawyer to provide Legal Consultancy Services financed by Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) toward payment under the Contract Individual Legal Advisor / Lawyer to provide Legal Consultancy Services REF NO : PEA - MOF / 03 / 2022 , ( hereinafter called " the Services ” ) . More information on the Terms of Reference is included in the Request
for Proposal ( RFP ) document . 2. The Palestinian Energy And Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) now invites
sealed proposals from eligible consultants for Individual Legal Advisor / Lawyer to provide Legal Consultancy Services . The required qualifications of the successful
consultant are specified in the RFP document . 3. A Consultant will be selected under QCBS method in accordance with the
procedures described in the RFP , and the provisions of the Public Procurement
Law No. 8 of 2014 . 4. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the RFP through the Public Procurement
Portal , and obtain further information from The Palestinian Energy And Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) office hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM from
Sunday to Thursday at the address given below . 5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 16/05/2022 , 12:00
PM . Electronic proposals will not be permitted . Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Proposal Submission . Late proposals
will be rejected . 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon
the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 50 USD .
