The United Nations Development Programme ( UNDP ) intends to apply part of the allotments under the UNDP program / Education cannot wait ( ECW ) ] and Hebron Municipality intends to apply part of the proceeds under Education taxes to execute Finishing Works in Al - Jalajil School BID No : HME G 8 2022 .
Hebron Municipality invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Finishing Works in Al - Jalajil School , the bidders should be registered from the Palestinian Contractors Union minimum in the 3rd grade in construction field . Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids " National " in accordance with the provisions of " Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are specified in the Bidding Documents . Interested eligible bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents through the Public Procurement Portal and can also obtain further information from Procurement Department in Hebron Municipality at the address given below , from 18-04-2022 to Thursday 28-04-2022 . A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ( 200 US Dollar ) . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 pm 10-05-2022 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of ( 120 ) days after the final date for Bid Submission . All bids must be accompanied by a [ 7500 US Dollar ) according to the forms and conditions provided in the Bidding Documents . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 12.00 pm 10-05-2022 The address referred to above is :
