The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) , a Palestinian Non - Governmental Organization , is implementing the project entitled " Assessing the impediments before the Two - State Solution " . The project is funded by the European Union , represented by the European Commission . The project is in its eighth phase and this phase represents a continuation of more than 25 years of working partnership between ARIJ and the Land Research Centre ( LRC ) .
As part of the project activities ARIJ is seeking a competitive offer for Equipment and supplies .

1. SAN system upgrading ( Storage upgrading ) Network upgrading ( Switches , firewalls ) 3. Server upgrades
The applying firm must have the demonstrable capability to carry out the scope of work of this assignment and must have the capacity and experience to carry out the needs of Project .
For those who are interested to participate in the Bid and have sufficient experience in this area you may obtain the specific terms of reference at ARIJ premises at Karkafeh Street - Bethlehem starting from 1st May , 2022 till 7th May , 2022 or by calling 02 274 1889. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to ARIJ by mid - day on 11th May , 2022 .
A valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to your offer ( 10 % of the total amount will be deducted if there is no valid deduction at source ) .
All prices must be in EUR and Exclude VAT .
A 5 % of the total tender amount must be attached as a bank guarantee .
The interested firms have to pay the amount of 100 USD as fees for obtaining the tender dossier from ARIJ premises - Bethlehem .
The tender winner will be responsible to pay the tender announcement fees in the local newspaper .
