Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty , working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity : development co operation , humanitarian action , faire trade , social mobilization , campaigns and education for global citizenship .
Oxfam in partnership with Palestinian Environmental Friends Association ( PEF ) and Aisha Association for Woman and Child Protection ( AISHA ) are implement ing a project funded by The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation ( AICS ) . the project aims to improve vulnerable communities ' access to enhanced WASH in health conditions in 7 health care centres ( HCCs ) and reliable protection services . Oxfam invites your submission of a sealed bids to provide Oxfam , within their requirements , for the works of " Rehabilitation Works For 7 Healthcare Centers In The Gaza Strip " . as per the conditions and requirements detailed in the Bidding
Documents .
1. Bidding will be conducted through Open Tender procedures , and is open to all eligible and qualified bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents .
2. Qualifications requirements include : Valid Commercial and VAT registration , registration at " Palestinian Contractors Union ( PCU ) " , and a minimum " third " grade classification by the " Palestinian National Committee of contractors ' classification " the field of " Maintenance / Buildings " .
3. Interested eligible bidders may acquire a complete set of Bidding Documents in English ( on the submission of a valid Classification Certificate ) from the address given below until 9th June 2022 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM , Sun days to Thursdays .
4. Oxfam invites prospective Bidders to attend a Pre - Bidding Meeting which will be held on 12th June 2022 at 02:00 PM at the address given below . Bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting .
5. Sealed Bids must be delivered by hand to the address below at or before 16th June 2022 , 02:00 PM . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at 16th June 2022 at 12:30 PM

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of ( 5,000 EUR ) valid for 60 days after the bids submission deadline .
7. Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid .
8. Newspaper advertisement costs shall be paid by winning contractor .
