Develop E - learning training modules
On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office , the Deutsche Ges ellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH is implement ing the police programme with the Palestinian Civil Police for more than a decade now . The programme supports the police to carry out professional , citizen - oriented policing . The partnership is based on the principles of rule of law and international human rights . One as pect of the programme is to support the development of eLearning modules focused on Community Policing and Human rights . Within this context , GPPP seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment , and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for providing needed services . Interested bidders can download tender documents starting 06.06.2022through 14.06.2022 from our tendering website https : // tender.gizpal.ps .
Interested bidders should send their offer to the e - mail PS_Quota tion@giz.de no later than 16.06.2022 before 15:00 . Bids submitted in original or to a different e - mail address , will be refused .
