Tender Announcement on Mapping Analysis in the Fresh Vegetables Value Chain No. ( PARC - 14-2022 )
The Agricultural Development Association ( PARC ) and the Rural Women's Development Association announce a closed and sealed tender within " Women , Youth , and other SSPs Increase Benefits in the Fresh Vegetables Value Chain as Change Agents " Project ( DGD PROGRAMME 2022-2026 ) funded by Directorate - General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid ( DGD ) , Implemented by Oxfam and partnered with the Agri cultural Development Association ( PARC ) , Rural Women Development Society , Palestinian Farmers ' Union . TARGETED AREAS : Six govemorates in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank ( 1. Tulkarm , 2. Qalqilya , 3. Jenin , 4. Tubas in the Northern Jordan Valley ) and Gaza ( 5. North Gaza and 6. Khan Yunis ) .
Terms of Application for Tender
1 .
Applicants must be duly registered and certified with the Palestinian National Authority and have a valid certificate .
2 .
Applicants must be a highly experienced and competent specialist in the required field .
3 .
Prices must be in EUR .
4 .
Applicants should be able to issue Tax invoice and Zero VAT invoice
5 .
The Tender Committee is not obliged to accept the lowest prices , and is it entitled to split , postpone or cancel the tender without giving further reasons .
6 .
The outer envelope should contain two sealed envelopes ; one for the technical offer and the other for the financial offer .
7 .
Applicants have to submit for the evaluation the following documents in hard and soft copies in English Language :
Technical offer with all supporting documents ( CV's for the staff and the consulting firm , previous relevant experience , Methodology ... etc . ) .
Financial offer , only hard copy .
8 .
Submit a tender entry guarantee of ( 5 % ) of the total value of the tender or its equivalent in other curren cies , either in the form of a Certified bank cheque or a certified bank guarantee valid for at least ( 90 days ) from the date of submission deadline of tender documents , in the name of the Agricultural Development Association ( PARC ) and attached to the technical offer .
