MA'AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent , self - reliant initiatives that lead to the develop ment of human resources for sustainable development , which incorporate values of self - sufficiency and self - empowerment . Provision of Management of Social Media Campaigns based on the detailed scope of work in the ToR document . Detailed technical and financial specifications are included within the ToR document . Notes and Conditions : The selected firm of this bid will be required to pay for the cost of this advertisement at both the local newspaper and jobs.ps. Financial offer should not in clude VAT as the project is VAT exempted . Selected company should supply zero tax invoice and source certificate . but the consultant ( freelancer ) will have to submit at source certificate or a 10 % will be deducted from the firm's compensation . The cost of announcement will be paid by the winning con sultant .
