1. The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the social protection Enhancement Project ( SPEP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System ( CMS ) in the Five Additional Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD ) .
The Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of five Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System ( CMS ) in the Five Additional Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD )
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July , 2016 ( « Procurement Regulations ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .

5. The bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application for free to the address below . The Bidding Documents will be available in Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) headquarter .
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) , Ibtisam Husari- SPEP / Project Director -Mobile : 0599395194 or Wedad Malak SPEP / Procurement Specialist -Mobile : 0598725251 , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm ( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on 8 August 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 noon on 8 August 2022 .
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 6,000 USD . The bid security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date .
Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidders beneficial ownership , as part of the Contract Award Notice , using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document . << ]
