Saif Aldin Abu Eita and Sons for Industry and trade LLC company invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of the above mentioned items required for Abu Eta Dairy Factory at GIE - Gaza City . Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below and inspect the Bidding Documents by sending an email to the email address mentioned below from 8:00 a.m. -15 : 15 p.m.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before : 31 of July 2022 , 12:00 noon Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend , at both of the addresses below at the same time . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5 % of bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency valid for 90 days . The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid documents .

Pre - bid meeting and site visit will be on July 14th , 2022 , at 10am at Gaza Industrial zone .
