Invitation for Bids Renovation
and refurbishment works
at the YWCA kitchen and services area

Project Name : YWCA of Jerusalem works further on flourish ing Income generating projects and providing trainings for employment opportunities & increased competences for Jeru salemite youth .
1. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received financing ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) to conduct renovation and refurbishment works at the YWCA kitchen and service area . 2. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for " the of conduct renovation and refurbishment works at the YWCA kitchen and service area . "
3. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of " renovation and refurbishment works at the YWCA kitchen and service area " .
4. Interested companies may download the inquiry documents at the tender fol lowing link , fill the form and wait for the bid document

Bidders should submitt their bids that covers all sections of the bids ( Not to be seperated partial bids shall be disqualified ) .
7. The tender or part of it shall not delegate to a third party after bid acceptance . 8. A complete set of the tender documents may be taken by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above during the following dates , 04/7/2022 until 13/7/2022 .
9. Site visit will be conducted on Wedensday 14/7/2022 at 10:00 am .
10. Inquires of bidders to be sent by email to carmen@ywca-jerusalem.org no later than 18/7/2022 till 12:00 noon and answers will be provided by 20/7/2022 . 11. Bids must be delivered to the " Accounting department , YWCA of Jerusalem , 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah . " on or before 2:00 pm on 25th July 2022 , late offers will not be considered and must be accompanied by a bid security of Euro 10,000 ( Ten Thousand Euros . In the form of Certified Bank Cheque or Bank Guarantee ) that will be valid 90 days after the bid opening .
