1. The Ministry of Health has received funds from Government of Italy . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these grants will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for construction of The CONSTRUCTION , COMPLETION AND MAINTENANCE OF PALESTINE MEDICAL COMPLEX EMERGENCY -RAMALLAH - PALESTINE
2. Central Tendering Department on behalf of Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders certified ( Second and Third Grade ) in ( Construction ) . Contractor certificate must be issued and valid from the National Committee for Contractors Classification to construct .
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at : Ministry of Health - Nablus - Jamal Abd - Alnasser - First Floor- Engineering and Construction unit Tel .: 092381047- Email : ecumoh@hotmail.com

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the CTD office stated in item 7 from Sunday 172022 / 07 / and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 200 NIS . The method of payment will be direct bank transfer to Ministry of Finance Revenue account in the Bank of Palestine at account No. 219000/53 .

5. A Pre- bid meeting shall take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday , 27/07/2022 at Palestine Medical Complex - Ramallah . Deadline for requesting any additional information from the contracting authority on Sunday , 31/07/2022 and Last date on which additional information are issued by the contracting authority on Thursday , 4/8/2022 . 6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days , starting from the date of tender opening and must be accompanied by BID Security of 13,000 EURO valid for a period of 135 days from the date of tender opening . 7. Bids must be delivered to the Central Tendering ( CTD ) Office by < Sealed envelopes shown below on or before 12:00 noon Local time on Tuesday 16/8/2022 .

8. Bids will be opened in a public session at 12:00 noon Local time on Tuesday 16 / 08 / 2022.at the same address stated in item 7 above .
9. If there is a discrepancy between the bid invitation and other bid document , the bid will prevail .
