Procurement of Refreshable braille display for SYSP's partner organization Birzeit University in Ramallah & Al - Bireh governorate
On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office , the Gesellschaft für Inter nationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) implements the " Strengthening Youth for the Stabilization of Programme Palestine " Programme . The programme focuses on strengthening personal skills and social participation of Palestinian children and youth to improve their ability to deal constructively with their difficult living conditions . The project works with civil society partners at the implementation level in three major components : ( 1 ) youth empowerment , ( 2 ) psychosocial support for children and youth and ( 3 ) crisis intervention and psychological first aid for the Palestinian population in Gaza .
The strengthening youth programme aims to increase the resilience of young people in Areas C and B in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip in order to and improve their opportunities and their level of social participation in their respective home villages or regions by developing their personal and social competences through forming and conducting initiatives that would help in improving the living conditions in their home villages and regions .

The SYSP programme is working with Birzeit University on enhancing safe spaces for youth , and people with disabilities ( PWD ) at the university
campus .

In cooperation with its Palestinian partner organization the SYSP offers ' safe spaces ' where inclusion is developed to insure the accessibility of people with disabilities ( PWD ) to the university campus .
GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply Re freshable braille display for the SYSP partner Birzeit university .
Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the required vehicle
