BITC Garden for Agricultural Marketing LTD invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer ) OR Authorized Supplier for supply , installation & commissioning of above - mentioned items required for BITC Factory in Kufr Dan , Jenin , Palestine .

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents .
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below , and inspect the Bidding Documents by sending an email to the email address mentioned below from 8:00 a.m. -15 : 15 p.m.
Bids must be submitted as a hard copy to the following address : Palestine , Hebron , Innovation Techno Park , Ground floor , Office # 1 before September 16th 2022 at 12.00 Noon Jerusalem Time . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend a Teams meeting . The link will be provided to whom have submitted their bid .

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 5 % of the total bid price valid for 90 days to BITC in a form of bank guarantee or cheque . The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid documents .

Pre - bid meeting will be on September 1 2022 at 12:00 Jerusalem Time through Teams . The link will be provided to whom have been interested in this bid .
