Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been work ing in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Village Council and Health Clinic in South of Hebron governorate ( Publication Reference : PI - HB - 01645 ) , according to the following conditions :

• Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Ac tion Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quota tion dossier . For more information on this regard , please send an email to rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org during the formal working hours .
• A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request page No.4 to answer any ques tion on the quotation request and it will held on Monday 15th of August , 2022 at 09:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) in the south west of Hebron governorate , Contractors can send an email to abadran@pt.acfspain.org to co ordinate for the site and clarification visit .
Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Sunday 21st August 2022 at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) with a total of 5 % of their offers attached as bank guarantee valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted .
• Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price .
Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel or extend the quo tation .

Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs depart ment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hun ger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance certificate . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger Hebron office- Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor , or by sending an email to rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org starting from Wednesday , August 10th , 2022 , at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation requests docu ments is on Thursday , 18th August 2022 at 4:00 pm ( local time of the Pal estinian Territory ) , office hours are from 8:00 am until 16:00 pm - Sunday to Thursday .
• Action Against Hunger has the right to cancel any item in the bill of quanti ties .
Newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quotation winner .
The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should be able to issue Zero VAT invoice .
