Website Upgrade and Promotion for Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association ( HLITOA )
Trader Facilitation and Customs Support Programme ( Tasdeer ) Tasdeer , an FCDO - funded trade facilitation programme in the Oc cupied Palestinian Territories is soliciting proposals from eligible and responsible IT firms to Upgrade and Promotion for Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association ( HLITOA ) Website .

Tasdeer is seeking a company to provide web development and promotional services to YAHALAH.com , on behalf of HLITOA . The Company has two mandates :
1. Assess the current Platform : www.yahalah.com in terms of us ability and outreach capability to target the FIT . Based on the assessment the hired firm should propose and implement the needed upgrades to the website .
2. The hired Company is expected to devise a detailed marketing plan and implement a promotional plan for the platform that includes search optimization , social media promotional activities ( including content ) and utilization of social media influencers .
