Al'Ard for agricultural development ( AL'ARD ) In partnership with Première Ur gence Internationale ( PUI ) , are implementing the project entitled : " Rehabilitation and provision of productive assets for communities suffering from settler violence and annexation plans in the Western boundaries of Ramallah Governorate " , which is funded by OCHA- United Nations Occupied Palestinian Territory Humanitarian fund , in partnership with : Ministry of Agriculture ( MoA ) . Within this project ; Al'Ard announces a bid to Rehabilitate 4 KM Agricultural roads in ( Budrus and Ni'lin ) - West of Ramallah governorate .
Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned bid should receive the bid's documents forms Al'Ard's office in Ramallah for a sum of 100 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Sunday , 4/9/2022 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Thursday , 15/9/2022 . The bids shall be returned to Al'Ard's office - Ramallah , no later than Sunday 18/9/2022 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Sunday , 18/9/2022 at 1:00 pm at Al'Ard's Office in Ramallah ( Al Bireh / Sateh Marhaba / Hi - tech Building / 3rd floor ) .
Notes :
1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the rege stiration certificate .
3. The bid's currency is USD and the winner should provide a VAT exempted invoice .
4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices .
5. A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 7/9/2022 at 10:30 am ( Assembly point is at Ni'lin Municapility ) .
6. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of bids ; personal cheques will not be accepted , otherwise the bid will be neglected .
