Tasdeer , an FCDO - funded trade facilitation programme in the Oc cupied Palestinian Territories is soliciting proposals from eligible and responsible training companies to provide a training and coaching program for 15 women who are currently executives or board members . Training will focus on building the capacity of the participants to be more effective and influential as decision makers . The training should include group training sessions in addition to personalized coaching customized to the need of every participant
