The Ministry of Finance ( MoF ) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public Financial Management Improvement Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplying IT Equipment for Ministry of Finance .

The Palestinian Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for most competitive quotation of Supplying IT Equipment to be delivered to the Ministry of Finance in Ramallah : Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated November 2020 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Ministry of Finance , Procurement Specialist , pfmi.bids @ pmof.ps and inspect the bidding document during office hours Sunday Thursday ( 8:00 AM - 3 : 00 PM , Palestine time , GMT +03 : 00 ) at the address given below .

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday , October 18 , 2022 no later than 12:00 p.m. ( Jerusalem , Palestine Time ) . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on immediately after the deadline for submission of bids .

A pre - bid meeting will be held at the address given below on Tuesday , September 27 , 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership , as part of the Contract Award Notice , using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document . 10.
