Supply of Power Transformers Spare Parts

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Name of Procuring Entity : Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) Bidding Process Number : PEA - PETL / 2022 / 04 .
1. The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) intends to conduct a procurement process of Supply of Power Transformers Spare Parts for the benefit of Palestinian Electricity and Transmission Ltd ( PETL ) under procurement process number PEA - PETL / 2022 / 04 financed by Palestinian Electricity and Transmission Ltd ( PETL ) .

2. The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Power Transformers Spare Parts , and the bid includes the following scope :
Supply of Power Transformers Spare Parts .
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids " International " in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are stipulated in the Bid Documents .

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal .

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 USD . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 20-10-2022 at 12:00 pm . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Bid Submission .
6. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of : 7,600 USD
and shall be valid for a period of 30 days after the bid validity period ; ( until 17/02/2023 )
7. Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 20-10-2022 at 12:00 pm .
